The One Handshake Podcast, hosted by Jillian Vorce, will be recorded with a live online audience of Growth members. Live attendees can participate in private fireside chat-style Q&As with podcast guests at the end of each episode. All episodes will be published on streaming platforms.

Strategy Groups
Members will have the opportunity to join like-minded Strategy Groups, each with a corresponding forum. Each Group will hold live strategy sessions for members. Current Group offerings include Business & Brand Building, Navigating Change, and Accountability.
Connections Club
Growth members can attend live monthly Connections Club meetings, where each member has the opportunity to bring their Asks + Offers. These sessions are a great time to ask for what you need and offer help to those you can assist. Members at all levels will receive playback recordings of each session, plus the Asks + Offers list.
Office Hours
Grab a coffee and join us online for a casual monthly gathering with Jillian Vorce. This is an excellent opportunity to ask questions, request assistance, interact with other members in a laid-back way, and learn in a relaxed atmosphere.
Member Spotlights
Member Spotlight sessions aim to introduce new members to the One Handshake community in real time as part of the onboarding process for Growth members. Jillian will facilitate introductions, which will be recorded and included with bios in the member portal
