Mermaids, Unicorns & UX: April’s Connections Club Highlights
The April session of the Connections Club, hosted by Jillian, brought together a vibrant and international group of professionals—from Ecuador to Portugal, Trinidad to the Netherlands.
Participants shared their backgrounds and passions, ranging from education and AI to UX design, wellness, and environmental activism.
The session followed One Handshake’s signature “Ask & Offer” format, enabling real-time sharing of both professional and personal needs, along with generous offers of time, skills, and insights.
Notable themes included job shifts, brand and website strategy, AI-enhanced language learning, and systems support for entrepreneurs.
Jillian wrapped up with updates on the upcoming Fireside Chats, highlighted the platform’s role in ongoing support, and invited feedback to keep evolving the One Handshake experience.
