- Avoid spamming, harassment, or disruptive behavior.
Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in suspension or termination of membership.
4. Content Ownership
All content shared by members, including but not limited to posts, articles, and resources, remains the property of the creator. By sharing content on our platform, you grant us permission to display and share it within the community, but we do not claim ownership or further rights over your contributions.
5. Data Collection & Privacy
We collect certain data, including email addresses, demographics, and platform usage information, to improve your experience and tailor our services. Your data will not be sold to third parties and will be used only for internal purposes, including customer support, platform improvement, and marketing. 6. Payments & Refunds
Membership fees are paid on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel your membership at any time, but fees already paid are non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify our membership fees with notice.
7. Liability Disclaimer
One Handshake provides a space for members to share business expertise and personal experiences. We do not guarantee the accuracy of information shared by members or take responsibility for any outcomes related to advice given or followed through this platform. Members are encouraged to use their judgment when acting on any information shared.
In no event will One Handshake or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands and the European Union. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands.
