Each session emphasizes a balanced approach to both contributing and benefiting, valuing them equally. Attendees are invited to bring their “Asks + Offers,” giving everyone the chance to make requests and lend a hand to others.
The format includes:
- One offer — such as a skill, time, a special service, or a discount that others might find valuable.
- One ask for someone in your network — a request that supports someone outside the community.
- One ask for yourself — something you personally need or are looking for.
